To prepare white chocolate butter cream
  • 175gm icing sugar
  • 105gm softened butter
  • Small splash of hot water
  • 70gm white chocolate that is melted and then cooled slightly

For decoration
  • Flakes (one can use Cadbury flakes of full size, chop it into thirds. Required 5 flake bars)
  • Chocolate sprinkles

Process


  1. The oven is to be preheated to about 180C/Gas 4. 14 flat bottom cones should be kept in a twelve hole muffin tin, two placed on the tin top, or they could be kept standing on the baking sheet.
  2. Sugar and butter are to be creamed until fluffy and light.
  3. Eggs, vanilla and flour to be added and continued to be mixed until completely combined. This would be a thick mixture.
  4. Then, it is to be divided evenly in between the cones.
  5. For about 20 to 25 minutes, it should be left in the baking tray. Once done, it should be allowed to cool down on a clean wire track. In the meantime, the individual should prepare the butter cream.
  6. The butter is to be beaten until soft. Icing sugar is to be added in 2 stages, and beaten completely, until it becomes creamy and smooth. Melted white chocolate is to be added and continued to beat them until the entire mixture is fluffy and light. Some water is to be added for making it quite easier to be piped.
  7. Next it should be decorated with flakes and sprinkles and it is ready to be served.
