The international R & B artist Chris Brown is barred from leaving the country. Secretary Leila De Lima confirmed that they have a lookout bulletin order (LBO) against popular singer after it was requested by some complainant.
Tuesday night, when Brown held his concert at SM Mall of Asia Arena, De Lima assisted the head legal counsel of the INC and chief operating officer of MDC Atty. IV Glicerio Santos about this issue.
MDC and INC stood up their camp saying that they already completed payment to have Mr. Brown be the main guest in the New Year's countdown, but then the singer didn't show up.
DOJ immediately faxed LBO to Bureau of Immigration (BI) after the complainants went to file lawsuit against the singer. Brown is simply need to get Emigration Clearance Certificate from their agencies before being granted leave.
As remember, Brown concert was canceled on December 31 because he lost his passport. Also, this Wednesday night Brown has incoming concert in Hong Kong.
