Typhoon Lando, which turned to a mere low-pressure area (LPA) is now outside of the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) the LPA was last spotted at the estimated 1030 east northeast of Itbayat, Batanes at 10 o'clock yesterday morning of October 24th.

PAGASA weather forecaster Gener Quitlong said that based on Lando's current direction it will not going to hit Taiwan but rather it took its path and potentially cleared out before reaching Japan.

Lando is totally out of PAR after days of onslaughting the Region 1, 2 and 3 where many houses and crops were destroyed.
