For Blogspot users who are having difficulty passing the Instant Article manual review conducted by Facebook team. Here is the HTML form that simplifies the process of submission and all you have to do is to fill it up.

Things Inside the HTML Template of Instant Article We Need to Edit
Change the URL with the exact link of your blog post.
If you have your own customized style, update this meta property with the name of your edited IA style. Change the default to that exact name of that style.
TITLE should go for the headline.
Edit the time stamps for when the post was published and when it was last modified. For example 2016-01-17T07:51:59+00:00 (20161201T0541280000) and Sunday, January 17, 2016 (ThursdayDecember012016).
Fill the author link (AUTHORLINK) and the author name (AUTHORNAME).
Using line breaks (<br>Text</br> or <br />) in Facebook instant article are limited to 5 times. This suggest that we should use the paragraph tagging (<p>Text</p>).
How to Insert Images in Instant Article?
If you have images in your post you can add them inside the instant article. You can change image positioning from left, center, to right.
These are the basic things I have in mind. There are other additional embedding techniques coming in my next post. To tell you guys, the fastest way I was able to passed the manual review is when I submitted instant articles for my infographic articles. A few textual content plus added image for completion, it took 2 days after the reviewer gave me a go signal that everything is good (the range of reviewing Facebook Instant Article after submission only took 1-3 business days).
